Legal Costs Management Specialist Team

We are now in a new technological age where the legal customer is now savvier than ever before. General Counsel know that law firms are striving to increase efficiencies and information through AI and automation and they want to benefit from this transformation. They now expect transparency of information.

LHQ recognises that huge benefits that can be reaped by the legal departments in insurance organisations and other corporates by embracing technology and obtaining transparent and visible information on the activities and legal spend of their law firms.

LHQ also appreciates that law firms maybe more reticent to provide this information fearing further challenges to profitability and their way of working. However, in business and in the legal industry today and in the future, this is what their clients whether they are insurers or otherwise will expect.

Those law firms that do welcome the technology will actually come to realise that through increased knowledge and efficiencies internally, and visibility and improved client understanding externally, that service, productivity and profitability will be improved.

LHQ’s aim therefore with its technology is to provide the solution that provides visibility on legal spend and activity and in doing so improves relationships and aligns goals.
